Grape-Tart
Ingredients for 8 portions: 200g of grape berries, 2 packages of fresh short pastry in roll, 200g of mascarpone, 2 eggs, 50g of sugar, 2spoon of honey, icing sugar.
Preparation:
Cover with short pastry a baking dish openable by 24cm coated by paper oven. Go up with the pasta on the edges for at least 2cm. Lay down on the bottom a disc of paper oven and distribute there some pulses.
Cook in the oven already hot at 180° for 20minutes. Get rid of legumes and the disc of paper and put in the oven to dry for about 5minutes. Allow to cool.
Work the yolks with sugar to obtain a clear and soft cream. Mount stopped snow the white.
Mix the honey in the mascarpone, then embed yolks’ cream and finally, gently, the whites.
Put off and dry the grape berries. Put the cream of mascarpone on the basis of short pastry and put it in the fridge for at least one hour. Before serving, cover with grapes berries and sprinkle with icing sugar. If the grape has big berries, cut in half and remove seeds. In this case distribute on the cream with the cutting down.
