Pasta and Beans alla Torrese (4 people)
Ingredients: Beans 500 gr, 4 pieces of garlic, 1kg of mussels, 1 dl of oil, 3-4 little fresh tomatoes, 300 gr of pasta, parsley.
Boil the beans: when they’re cooked, fry slightly garlic and the oil in a saucepan. Where the garlic is made blond add the mussels shelled and their liquid strained, the tomato divided into small pieces; fry slightly for about 5 minutes, add beans with their gravy and bring everything to the boil, mix in the pasta and service with parsley minced in little pieces.
